- Return the Item: Ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your RA number. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund as follows:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s).

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Damaged Items

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, for defective or damaged items.
